e-Insurance Platform mAgent

The Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission issued the Insurance Broker Conducting Online Business Self-Disciplined Guideline on October 23, 2017. This Guideline allows insurance brokers and agencies to conduct online insurance business. In 2018, Apex was one of the few IT companies to have successfully developed an insurance sales platform for insurance brokers and agencies in Taiwan.

mAgent is Taiwan’s first insurance sales platform to host more than 10 insurance companies. Linked with different insurance companies’ systems, mAgent allows insurance brokers and agencies to log in to the system with a single password. In order to minimize the data entry workloads, Apex has developed a policyholder and potential prospect database. Applicant’s information will automatically flow through the database to the insurance company’s system when conducting online insurance business. All these user-centric focuses streamline the whole online insurance sales cycle process.

iSmart@LINE is a fully digitalized insurance sales tool that provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By utilizing their mobile devices, insurance brokers and agencies are now able to instantly obtain necessary information and documents while conducting business and serving customers.

iSmart@LINE is Taiwan’s first insurance sales tool to have been successfully developed via LINE. By fully leveraging on the social media networking and LINE usage habits of salespeople, Apex is able to promote the widespread acceptance and use of iSmart@LINE. It also possesses AI capability. Through semantics recognition, iSmart@LINE will automatically provide the information and documents when it is instructed to.

In addition to the insurance brokerage and agency firms’ documents and training materials, iSmart@LINE also provides sales supporting documents, insurance product materials, payment information and contact details for over 30 insurance companies.
